  • 16 cups Jalapeño Pepper sliced
  • 1 large Onion 1 inch strips
  • 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric ground
  • 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
  • 6 cups Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Garlic minced

  • 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric ground
  • 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
  • 6 cups Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Garlic minced
Candied Jalapenos
Instructions
  1. Combine: vinegar, turmeric, celery seed, sugar, garlic in a large stock pot
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Add peppers and onions, then simmer 5 minutes
  4. Extract peppers and onions and pack mason jars tightly
  5. Bring remaining syrup to boil and simmer for 6 minutes
  6. Add liquid to the mason jars. Fill jars to 1/4"
  7. Can peppers according to instruction manual
