- 16 cups Jalapeño Pepper sliced
- 1 large Onion 1 inch strips
- 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Tumeric ground
- 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
- 6 cups Sugar
- 5 tbsp Garlic minced

Instructions
- Combine: vinegar, turmeric, celery seed, sugar, garlic in a large stock pot
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
- Add peppers and onions, then simmer 5 minutes
- Extract peppers and onions and pack mason jars tightly
- Bring remaining syrup to boil and simmer for 6 minutes
- Add liquid to the mason jars. Fill jars to 1/4"
