  1. Combine: vinegar, turmeric, celery seed, sugar, garlic in a large stock pot
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Add peppers and onions, then simmer 5 minutes
  4. Extract peppers and onions and pack mason jars tightly
  5. Bring remaining syrup to boil and simmer for 6 minutes
  6. Add liquid to the mason jars. Fill jars to 1/4″
