Apple Cider Vinegar

Tumeric

Celery Seed

Sugar

Garlic

Instructions
Combine: vinegar, turmeric, celery seed, sugar, garlic in a large stock pot
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
Add peppers and onions, then simmer 5 minutes
Extract peppers and onions and pack mason jars tightly
Bring remaining syrup to boil and simmer for 6 minutes
Add liquid to the mason jars. Fill jars to 1/4″
