Chili’s Queso
A copycat recipe from Chili’s Restaurant
Servings
Ingredients
  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 cup Half & Half milk will work
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper ground
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 15- oz No-Bean Chili
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • Tortilla Chips for serving

  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 cup Half & Half milk will work
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper ground
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 15- oz No-Bean Chili
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • Tortilla Chips for serving
Instructions
  1. Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes.
  2. Add all ingredients (except for tortilla chips) to slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or on high for 1 hour.
  4. Stir until everything comes together.
  5. Cook on low for 30 minutes - 1 hour (As much time as you have before serving)
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
