Servings
Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 cup Onion thin slices
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups Kluski Egg Noodles cooked and drained
  • 3 cups Chicken chopped cooked
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • Chopped fresh parsley

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 cup Onion thin slices
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups Kluski Egg Noodles cooked and drained
  • 3 cups Chicken chopped cooked
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Add onion and cook until tender.
  3. In a small bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir dry mixture into onion mixture until well blended.
  5. Gradually add broth.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  7. Stir chicken and sour cream into sauce.
  8. Heat to serving temperature (DO NOT BOIL).
  9. Toss sauce with hot noodles.
  10. Garnish with parsley.
