- 1/3 cup Basil Pesto
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper finely chopped

Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and milk with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Blend with pesto and red pepper.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables, breadsticks or chips.
