Zuppa Toscana Soup
An Olive Garden copycat recipe
Servings
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 2 large Baking Potatoes sliced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Bits
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 16 oz Chicken Broth
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 2 large Baking Potatoes sliced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Bits
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 16 oz Chicken Broth
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
  1. Brown the sausage.
  2. Add broth, bacon and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add onions, potatoes and garlic.
  4. Cook until potatoes are done (slightly mash them against bottom of pan).
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  7. Add cream.
