Hot Bacon Cheese Dip
Servings
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely diced
  • 7 pieces Bacon diced and fried
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely diced
  • 7 pieces Bacon diced and fried
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Place in small slow cooker on low heat, stirring occasionally until bubbly.
  3. Reduce heat to warm and serve with pieces of bread.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Serve with bread cubes and/or crackers.
