Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chicken Breast finely diced cooked
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp Hot Sauce Frank’s
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Dressing
  • 1 lb Bread Dough thawed

  • 1 cup Chicken Breast finely diced cooked
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp Hot Sauce Frank’s
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Dressing
  • 1 lb Bread Dough thawed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce. Set aside.
  3. Divide the bread dough into four equal pieces.
  4. Roll the first piece into a 10x4 inch rectangle.
  5. Spread 1/4 fo the chicken mixture onto the lower third of the rectangle, leaving a 1/2 inch border along the bottom edge.
  6. Stretch the bottom edge of dough up over the filling and press tightly to seal, then roll up as tightly as possible into a log.
  7. Cut the log into 1-inch pieces and place on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Repeat with the remaining dough and chicken mixture.
  9. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake 7-10 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned and filling is heated through.
  11. Serve immediately.
