Brownie Truffles

Instructions
  1. Bake brownies and allow to cool.
  2. Fluff with a fork. Combine with a can of frosting.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop, measure brownie batter and place on waxed paper.
  4. Put in freezer for at least an hour (overnight is better).
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips.
  6. Using a fork, dip brownie bits into chocolate, let excess drizzle off and place on wax paper.
  7. Garnish before chocolate sets. Keep refrigerated until serving.
  8. Store in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
