  1. Combine: Carrots, Green Pepper, Onion, Tomato, Garlic into a stock pot and bring to a boil. Once the Carrots have been cooked throughly, puree then return to stock pot.

  1. Add remaining ingredients to the puree and bring to a boil. Once the mix has cooked down to the correct consistency, prepare for canning.
