Baked Potato Soup
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add onion and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Gradually add broth and evaporated milk.
  5. Mash potatoes to a pulp.
  6. Save the skins.
  7. Add potatoes to the broth and cook over medium heat until it boils.
  8. Dice potato skins and stir them in.
  9. Heat mixture.
  10. Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with toppings.
